Our current dispatch time is 24-48 hours from when you place your order, we aim to dispatch your parcel as quickly as we can.
Our current delivery service is Royal Mail tracked 48.
Royal Mail Tracked means your order is tracked with SMS and email notifications, with options to leave with a neighbour or in a safe place.
For orders over £40 shipping is free, please select this at checkout.
We ship to England, Scotland and Wales.
Returns
You have the right to return items for 14 days from the date of delivery. Food items cannot be returned, all other items must be returned unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund.
We reserve the right to deny a refund if we receive the item and find that it has been used or is in a poor condition. If you do wish to return an item, please contact us at: info@thegingerdogshop.co.uk
All return postage costs are paid for by yourself unless the item(s) are faulty or damaged. Responsibility for the risk of loss or damage when posting returned items lies with you (and we recommend returns being sent tracked)
